Follow these 5 steps to make Egg Fry

Boil 6 eggs in a pot. After cooling, peel and keep aside.

Then  heat a pan. After the pan heats up, add lentil, coriander, black pepper, curry leaves, red chilli and fry. Grind this saute mixture.

Put oil in a pan and then add urad dal, red pepper, curry leaves and fry it. Then add chopped eggs to it and fry both sides well.

Now add the grinded mixture to it. Add salt and mix well.

Now add lemon juice and mix well. Egg fry is ready to taste if garnished with coriander leaves.
