- 7 Ripe tomatoes

- 10-12 Garlic cloves

- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Once the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, black pepper and red chili and fry.
- Then add the garlic and fry.
- Now add the chopped onion and fry it.
- Now add the ginger.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes.
- Now add turmeric powder and salt to it and mix well.
- Now cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the tomatoes become soft.
- Keep mixing in between.
- Once the tomatoes are very soft, remove from the stove and let them cool.
- Once cooled, put the tomato spice mixture in a mixie jar and grind it finely.
- The tomato chutney is now ready.
- Put this chutney in a bowl.
