Ingredients
  

  • 3 Fresh bitter gourd
  • 1 tbsp Coriander seed
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp Fenugreek
  • 1 tbsp urad dal
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 4 Black pepper (long pepper/Red Chilly)
  • 4 Bell pepper(short red chilly)
  • 1/2 cup Grated Coconut
  • 1/4 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • According to the sweet jaggery
  • To taste Salt
  • A little Curry leaves
  • 4 tbsp Coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • First, heat some oil in a pan.

  • Add long pepper, short pepper, coriander, cumin, fenugreek and urad dal to the hot oil and fry them one by one.

  • Add grated coconut, tamarind and water and grind it finely.
