- Boil 6 eggs in a pot.
- After cooling, peel and keep aside.
- Then heat a pan.
- After the pan heats up, add lentil, coriander, black pepper, curry leaves, red chilli and fry.
- Grind this saute mixture.
- Cut 6 eggs in half.
- Put oil in a pan and then add urad dal, red pepper, curry leaves and fry it.
- Then add chopped eggs to it and fry both sides well.
- Now add the grinded mixture to it.
- Add salt and mix well.
- Now add lemon juice and mix well.
- Egg fry is ready to taste if garnished with coriander leaves.
