- After this mixture put it in a mixing jar and grind it smooth by adding coconut, tamarind and turmeric.
- Put the cooked malbar spinach and horsegram in another pot. Also add the ground mixture to it.
- Now add required amount of water and boil well.
- Add salt if needed.
- Cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Now add 2 spoons of oil in a small pan, after the oil is hot add 6 garlic cloves and fry. When the garlic turns red add hing and turnoff the stove.
- Add this tadka to coocked malbar spinach curry. And close the lid.
