First heat the pan. Once the pan is hot, add the rava and fry it until it turns brown and remove.
Then add 2 tablespoons of oil to the same pan, once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds, chickpeas, urad dal, curry leaves and fry them. Add chilies and ginger.
Add the grated carrot.
Now add the fried rava to it and mix well. Turn off the stove and let it cool.
After it cools down, add one cup of curd to it. In the same cup in which you added the curd, add one cup of water and mix well. Add coriander leaves and mix well and soak for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, add baking soda and mix well.Then pour this mixture into the idli plate.Place this plate in the steamer. After placing all the plates, cover it and cook on medium flame for 10 to 12 minutes.
Now the very soft instant rava idli is ready to be enjoyed.
